Getting There

Parking:
Free parking is available on-site at the fairgrounds. Event staff and volunteers will help direct traffic and parking.

What to Know Before You Go

  1. Entrances: Please enter through designated entrances and follow signage and volunteer directions. Tickets will be checked at the gate.

  2. Animals: Only service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted. Emotional support or comfort animals are not allowed.

  3. Restricted Items: The following items are not allowed inside the festival:
    • Outside food or beverages
    • Firearms or weapons of any kind
    • Coolers, large cases, or oversized bags
    • Glass containers

  4. Seating: Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.

  5. Weather: Hot air balloon activities are weather dependent.

  6. Food trucks and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.
