Vendor Fees & Important Details

  • Food Vendors: $350

    ***Food Trucks: Additional $70 required fairgrounds pass through fee ($35 per day)

  • Merchandise Vendors: $200

  • Application Deadline: May 29, 2026

  • Space is limited and not guaranteed

  • 10,000+ attendees annually
